Grilled Corn on the Cob with Herbed Cheese
Ingredients
Nutty, creamy Gruyere is a fantastic match for peak-season sweet corn - and an easy way to level up this cookout classic.
2 tsp. coarse sea salt
5 sprigs parsley
2/3 cup shredded Gruyere cheese, divided
7 Tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 clove garlic
4 ears corn, shucked

Grilled Corn on the Cob with Herbed Cheese

directions
Mix together salt, parsley, half the cheese and butter. Mince garlic and add to butter mixture; season with freshly ground pepper.
Preheat grill to high and grill corn until cooked through and slightly charred, turning occasionally, about 8 to 10 minutes. Spread corn with herb butter and top with remaining cheese.
