Serves 4
1 lb. browned hamburger
1 cup raw rice, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
- Dice and cook celery and onions. Set aside water.
- Combine ingredients. Mix well. If mixture seems dry, add celery/onion water to moisten. Place in casserole dish and garnish with chow mein noodles.
- Bake at 350º F for 1/2 hour. Serve with canned grean beans or peas.
