Chicken Caesar Salad
Serves 4
1 Head Romaine Lettuce
1 lb. Boneless Chicken Breast
8 Oz. Container Hannaford
Shredded Parmesan Cheese (in dairy case)
8 Oz. Bottle Hannaford Caesar Dressing
Preparation Suggestions:
1. Preheat grill to medium. Brush chicken breast lightly with oil and season with salt & pepper. Grill until done, about 7-9 minutes per side.
2. Rinse lettuce in cold water and tear into 2” pieces. spin or gently pat dry. In a large salad bowl, toss together lettuce, cheese and about 1/2 cup of dressing.
3. divide salad onto 4 plates and top with equal portions of the chicken. |
