  1. What is the healthy saver ® plus program?
  2. To represent Hannaford’s ongoing commitment to the health and wellness of our customers, we rolled out the healthy ® saver plus program in our pharmacies. Through this program, over 450 generic medications are available in either a 30-day supply for $4 or in a 90-day supply for $10.99. Customers must pay a $7 annual fee to enroll in the program and receive this and many other benefits the program offers. Click here to learn more about this valuable opportunity.   3. Do you match competitor prices on prescriptions?
  4. At Hannaford, we strive to provide you with the best possible prices on all products purchased in our stores. We have supported this goal with pricing policies instituted in our pharmacies. We will honor local competitors' pharmacy coupons, and we will also match local competitor prescription prices. Our pharmacists will verify the information you provide and check the competitor’s prices on a regular basis to ensure that we are matching a price that is consistently lower.

  5. Do I have to go to the store to request a prescription refill?
  6. We understand that you are very busy; so we want to make your prescription refill process as simple and convenient as possible. To request a prescription refill, you can utilize one of the following options:

    • Call your local Hannaford pharmacy anytime, 24 hours per day/7 days per week. Please be prepared to provide your prescription number to expedite the refill. If you call during hours when the pharmacy is closed, your call will be handled by an automated voice response system, and you will be prompted to enter the information necessary to process your request.
    • Click here to visit the prescription refill page on hannaford.com. Follow the instructions on the link provided to refill your prescription. You will need the pharmacy prescription # (located on the bottle), the birthdate of the person the prescription is written for, and your email address to process the request.
