Pollo Mexicano Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

1 cup salsa, Nature's Place Organic
1 lb boneless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Pollo Mexicano Salsa Chicken

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Pound chicken between two sheets wax paper to 1/4 inch thickness.
3. Spread a couple of tablespoons of salsa in a baking dish and place chicken on top.
4. Sprinkle with chili powder and cumin. Pour remaining salsa evenly over chicken.
5. Bake chicken about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
