Maple Ginger Salmon

Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillets (or tuna or tilapia fillets)
2 teaspoon Ginger, ground
3 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Maple Ginger Salmon

Directions

1. Sprinkle salmon fillets with ginger, salt and pepper.
2. Brush (or drizzle) with maple syrup.
3. Broil 6 - 12 minutes or until cooked through.
