Quick Pan Roasted Green Beans

Ingredients

2 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
12 oz Fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
Quick Pan Roasted Green Beans

Directions

1. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add green beans and a couple of tablespoons of water. Cover and cook until crisp-tender.
2. Sprinkle with a dash of balsamic vinegar and serve.
