Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients

1 15 oz Can chick peas, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
10 each red cherry tomato, cut in half
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash ground black pepper
Chick Pea Salad

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Set aside and let marinate at least 10 minutes. (If marinating over night, refrigerate).
