Grilled Corn on the Cob with Flavored Butters

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temperature (Chipotle Lime Butter)
3/4 tsp. Inspirations Cabo Chipotle Rub (Chipotle Lime Butter)
1/8 tsp. grated lime zest (Chipotle Lime Butter)
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, room temperature (Smoked Salt and Pepper Butter)
1/4 tsp. Inspirations Salish Alder Smoked Fine Sea Salt (Smoked Salt and Pepper Butter)
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper (Smoked Salt and Pepper Butter)
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temprature (Tarragon-Scallion Butter)
1 scallion, finely chopped (Tarragon-Scallion Butter)
1 Tbsp. finely chopped Nature's Place Organic Tarragon (Tarragon-Scallion Butter)
pinch salt (Tarragon-Scallion Butter)
4 each ears fresh corn on the cob, shucked
Grilled Corn on the Cob with Flavored Butters

Directions

1. Prepare the flavored butter of your choice. Mash the butter in a small bowl with the back of a spoon. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well incorporated. Repeat with each butter. The butters may be made a day ahead of time; cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before serving.
2. Preheat grill until moderately hot, about 400 degrees. Place the corn directly on the grill and cook 4 minutes until marked. Gently turn the corn over and cook another 4 to 6 minutes.
3. Remove corn from the grill and serve hot with flavored butter on the side.
