Baked Shrimp Teriyaki

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
3 Tbsp. Nature's Place Organic Honey
3 Tbsp. Taste of Inspirations Teriyaki Marinade
1 Tsp. grated fresh ginger
1/2 Tsp. crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
2 scallions, divided
1 lb. Nature's Place Raw Shrimp (26-30), thawed and peeled with tails left intact, patted dry
Nature's Place Organic Cocktail Sauce (optional)
lemon wedges (optional)
Baked Shrimp Teriyaki

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a 9-by-13-inch pan with vegetable cooking spray.
2. In medium bowl, whisk together oil, honey, marinade, ginger, and pepper flakes. Finely slice the scallions and reserve about 1 Tbsp. of the greens for garnish. Add the rest of the sliced scallions to the marinade. Whisk well to combine, then add shrimp and toss to coat.
3. Place shrimp in a single layer in prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
4. Transfer shrimp to a serving plate, with toothpicks on the side. Sprinkle with reserved scallion greens. If desired, serve with cocktail sauce in a small bowl for dipping, with lemon wedges on the side. Shrimp can be served hot or warm.
