Swordfish with Kiwi Salsa

Ingredients

2 kiwis, peeled and diced
1 small yellow bell pepper, diced
1/2 small red onion, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 tsp. grated lime zest
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp. canola oil
4 (6 oz.) swordfish steaks
Swordfish with Kiwi Salsa

Directions

1. In a large bowl, toss together kiwi, bell pepper, onion, jalapeno, lime zest andjuice, salt, and cilantro. Set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix together cumin and black pepper. Set an oven rack about6 inches from the heating element and preheat the broiler. Brush oil on bothsides of swordfish steaks and sprinkle each side with the cumin mixture. Placefish on a rimmed baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes. Turn and broil until opaque in the center, another 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Place swordfish steaks on 4 plates and top each with kiwi salsa.
