Turkey-Ham Baguette Sub with Herbed Mayo

Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) Taste of Inspirations All Natural French Baguette
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Nature's Place Organic Chives, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. Nature's Place Organic Basil, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. Nature's Place Organic Thyme, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, divided
8 thin slices Taste of Inspirations All Natural Turkey Breast, about 4 oz.
8 thin slices Taste of Inspirations Applewood Smoked Ham, about 4 oz.
2 oz. thinly sliced Taste of Inspirations New York Sharp Cheddar cheese
2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup Nature's Place Organic Spring Mix
Turkey-Ham Baguette Sub with Herbed Mayo

Directions

1. Cut baguette in half across the middle, then cut in half lengthwise for a total of 4 pieces of bread.
2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, chives, basil, thyme, and 1/8 tsp. of the pepper. Spread the herbed mayonnaise on all 4 pieces of bread.
3. Layer turkey and then ham on top of mayo on bottom 2 pieces of bread. Layercheese on top of ham, then place tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with remaining 1/8 tsp. pepper. Top with greens, then the remaining pieces of bread, pressing down gently. Cut each sandwich in half so there will be 4 sandwiches. Serve immediately or wrap well in foil or waxed paper and refrigerate.
