Carrot-Ginger-Peach Juice

Ingredients

2 medium carrots
2 peaches, pits removed
1 orange bell pepper
1 red-skinned apple
1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
1/2 lemon, peeled
ice (optional)
optional garnishes: thin apple slices, thin carrot slices, lemon slices
Carrot-Ginger-Peach Juice

Directions

1. Slice the carrots, peaches, bell pepper, apple, ginger, and lemon to the size needed to fit through the feed tube of your juicer. Run through the juicer.
2. Serve immediately, straight up or over ice if desired, or chill several hours. Pour into 2 glasses, accompanied by your choice of garnish.
