Chocolate Lava Cakes

Ingredients

1 package Hannaford Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix
3 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
12 Lindt chocolate truffles, any flavor
Chocolate Lava Cakes

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until just combined. Spoon half of batter evenly into a lightly greased 12-cup muffin tin. Center 1 truffle in each cup and divide remaining batter over tops. Bake until just firm, about 15 minutes.
