Homemade Granola

Ingredients

This recipe is adapted from a breakfast favorite at Penny Cluse Cafe in Burlington, Vermont. Store granola in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
2/3 cup honey
8 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Pinch ground ginger
Pinch salt
5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pecans, chopped coarse
1/2 cup almonds, chopped coarse
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped coarse
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
Homemade Granola

Directions

1. Place a rack in the upper-middle of oven and heat to 350 degrees. Whisk honey, butter, spices, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in oats until evenly coated and transfer to a greased 9x13" baking dish.
2. Bake until oats are deep golden brown, about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
3. Remove from oven and stir remaining ingredients into hot oats until combined and evenly coated with maple syrup. Let cool completely before serving.
