Ingredients

This creamy and spicy taco topper was adapted for fresh from chef David Vargas, owner of Vida Cantina restaurant in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
1 1/2 pitted and peeled avocados
3?4 cup vegetable broth
1 cup cilantro leaves
2 peeled garlic cloves
1 tsp. chopped serrano pepper
Salsa de Aguacate (Avocado Sauce)

Directions

Puree 1 1/2 pitted and peeled avocados, 3/4 cup vegetable broth, 1 cup cilantro leaves, 2 peeled garlic cloves, and 1 tsp. chopped serrano pepper in a blender until smooth and season with salt, pepper, and more serrano to taste.
