Creamy Butternut Squash Sauce

Ingredients

You can find butternut squash puree squash in the deli section.
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. minced fresh sage
1 (12-oz.) package Hannaford Butternut Squash Puree
3/4 cup half-and-half
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Creamy Butternut Squash Sauce

Directions

1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sage and cook, stirring frequently, for 30 seconds.
2. Whisk squash puree and half-and-half into skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
