Homemade Switchel

Ingredients

The longer you let your switchel steep, the spicier it will be. Once it's steeped to your liking, strain out the ginger and enjoy over ice.
1 1/2 cups water
3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger

Directions

1. Combine water, vinegar, maple syrup, and ginger in a pint jar.
2. Seal, shake to combine, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours and up to 1 day.
