Maple-Mustard Chicken Pitas

Ingredients

2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded into bite-size pieces
1/4 cup Taste of Inspirations Maine Maple Mustard
Salt and pepper
4 Hannaford Whole-Wheat Pita Breads
4 bibb lettuce leaves
1 avocado, halved, pitted, and sliced thin
1/2 cup cucumber slices
Maple-Mustard Chicken Pitas

Directions

1. Toss together chicken and mustard in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Layer each pita with lettuce, chicken, avocado, cucumber, and red onion. Wrap in parchment or foil to help keep pita together.
