Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients

Serve this dip with crackers and fresh-cut veggies.
1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup minced onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (6-oz.) can jumbo lump crabmeat
Prepared horseradish, to taste (optional)
Salt and pepper
Chopped fresh parsley, for serving (optional)
Hot Crab Dip

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed and slowly pour in cream. When mixture is smooth, add onion, Worcestershire, lemon juice, and garlic powder. With mixer on low, add crabmeat and beat until just combined. Add horseradish to taste (if using) and season with salt and pepper.
2. Transfer to a pie plate or similar-size dish and bake until mixture is bubbly and lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley (if using) before serving.
