Sheet-Pan Sausage Supper

Ingredients

If following a gluten-free diet, check kielbasa packaging labels carefully.
1 lb. baby yellow potatoes, scrubbed and sliced into 1/2"-thick rounds
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. Taste of Inspirations Chicago Steakhouse Rub
1/2 small head red cabbage (12 oz.), halved lengthwise
1 large Gala or Fuji apple, halved, cored, and cut into 12 wedges
1 kielbasa sausage link, sliced on the bias into 1/2"-thick slices

Directions

1. Place a rack in lowest part of oven and heat to 450 degrees. Toss potatoes on a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon oil and 1/2 teaspoon steakhouse rub; arrange on one half of baking sheet, cut side down.
2. Cut cabbage halves into 3/4"-thick wedges and place in a large bowl along with apple wedges; toss with remaining 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon steakhouse rub and transfer to empty half of baking sheet. Transfer to oven and roast 20 minutes.
3. Remove from oven and top cabbage and apple mixture with kielbasa. Return baking sheet to oven and roast until cabbage and potatoes are tender and sausage is hot, about 15 more minutes.
