Ingredients

Fresh salsa is an easy treat to bring to a party. Use it as a topping for fish, mix it in with some beans and corn for a mini meal, or eat it straight with whole grain chips--this is a recipe you want in your arsenal.
6 plum tomatoes, diced
1/2 med. onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. lime juice
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 avocado diced
