Ingredients

A fantastic, cold treat for that hot summer's day. This smoothie is especially great for pouring into popsicle molds. A few hours in the freezer will give you a creamy treat for little hands!
1 very ripe banana, peeled and sliced
1 c. frozen unsweetened tart cherries
1 c. skim milk
Cherry Banana Smoothie

Directions

Put banana, frozen cherries and milk in the container of an electric blender; puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
