Ingredients

Drying fruit puree to perfection might seem daunting at first, but it's easy to get the hang of. If you overdry the fruit, no worries—just let it sit out to soften. Cut it into fun shapes with cookie cutters or roll it up for a healthier mimicry of popular prepared fruit snacks.
2 apples
2 pears
1 cup raspberries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Fruit Leather

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees F.
2. Process together all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
3. Spread mixture evenly on a 10"x15" baking sheet. Place in oven, leaving door ajar, until fruit is dried, turning once (3-4 hours).
4. Cut into 20 strips and cover each with plastic wrap or parchment paper. Stack or roll up tight and store in an airtight container.
