Peanut Butter Banana Cocoa Smoothie

Ingredients

Peanut butter, banana and cocoa…do we need to say more! Goodbye hot chocolate and hello rich chocolate smoothie packed with great-for-you nutrients that will “pass the test" for your whole peanut butter-loving family!
1 c. skim milk
1 banana
1 T. natural peanut butter
2 T. Hemp Hearts
1 t. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 t. pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Peanut Butter Banana Cocoa Smoothie

Directions

1. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat milk until small bubbles form.
2. Add banana and remaining ingredients to blender. Carefully pour milk in milk into blender. Cover, and blend on low for a few seconds, then increase speed to high until well blended.
3. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
