Taking its inspiration from the classic dressing, this vegan sandwich is packed full of vegetables to make sure your day isn't short on greens.
2 slices whole wheat bread (3 Guiding Stars)
1 sm. avocado, sliced
1 sm. cucumber, sliced
2 hearts of palm, sliced lengthwise
6 watercress or arugula leaves
10 cilantro leaves
