Stone Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

3 peaches, plums, or nectarines, pitted and finely chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
3 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Stone Fruit Salsa

Directions

1. Combine peaches, jalapeno, bell pepper, cilantro, red onion, lime juice, and salt in a medium bowl and toss well to combine.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes and up to 1 day before serving.
