Watermelon-Strawberry Slushies

Ingredients

For an even easier slushie, pick up pre-cut watermelon chunks in the produce department. This recipe requires about 2 hours of freezing time.
4 cups cubed watermelon (about 1 1/2 lb.)
2 cups frozen strawberries
3/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Watermelon slices, lime wheels, and/or fresh mint, for serving

Directions

1. Freeze watermelon until very firm, about 2 hours.
2. Puree fruit, water, lime juice, and salt in a blender until smooth. Divide among glasses and garnish with watermelon slices, lime wheels, and/or fresh mint before serving.
