Ingredients

Start your day off on the right foot with this fiber-filled breakfast smoothie that's perfect for busy mornings.
2/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 medium ripe banana, peeled and cut up
1 cup frozen mixed berries, slightly thawed
1 cup skim milk
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Oatmeal and Berry Smoothie

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
Tip: Freeze your sliced banana ahead of time for a thicker, colder smoothie.
