Mixed Berry-Spinach Smoothies

Ingredients

Maple syrup is the natural sweetener in these smoothies. No one will guess that nutrient-packed spinach is one of the ingredients.
1 1/4 cups frozen berry medley
1 1/4 cups low fat milk or plant-based milk
1 banana
1 1/2 cups packed baby spinach
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Mixed Berry-Spinach Smoothies

Directions

In blender, puree berry medley and milk. Add banana, spinach, maple syrup and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Divide among 4 glasses and serve.
