Air Fryer Fish Taco Bowls

Ingredients

Shortcuts like frozen battered fish and slaw mix make this fresh, colorful bowl lightning fast. Instead of using an air fryer, you can also bake the fish according to package directions.
Cooking spray
3/4 (19.2-oz.) package frozen batter-dipped fish fillets
2 limes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 (12-oz.) package vegetable slaw
2 (8.8-oz.) packages Nature's Promise Microwave-in-the-Bag Brown Rice
Sliced jalapenos, chopped cilantro and hot sauce, to serve (optional)

Directions

Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F. Lightly spray basket with cooking spray. Add fish and cook until crisp, flipping halfway through, about 12 to 13 minutes.
Meanwhile, zest 1 lime into a medium bowl. Add 3 tablespoons juice from both limes. Stir in oil and season with salt and pepper. Add slaw mix and toss to coat. Microwave rice according to package directions.
Divide rice among 4 bowls. Thinly slice fish. Top bowls with slaw and fish. Add sliced jalapenos, cilantro and hot sauce, if desired.
