Ingredients

This antioxidant-boosted smoothie is ready in just 5 minutes and with just 5 ingredients. Greek yogurt and avocado add a decadent creaminess to this refreshing breakfast or snack.
1/2 cup frozen cut-leaf spinach
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
1 1/2 cups green tea
Triple Green Smoothie

Directions

In a blender, combine the spinach, yogurt, pineapple, avocado, and green tea. Blend 1-2 min., until smooth. Add more green tea to adjust consistency as desired. Divide between 2 glasses.
