Ingredients

Fresh watermelon gives this classic frozen cocktail an extra sweet twist. Enjoy with friends to cool off on a hot summer day.
4 cups fresh seedless watermelon chunks
1/3 cup fresh lime juice, plus more if needed
1/2 cup tequila
1/4 cup triple sec
1 to 2 Tbsp. Nature's Promise Organic Blue Agave Nectar
1 to 2 Tbsp. coarse sea salt
1 lime, quartered
Mint leaves and watermelon wedges, to garnish
Frozen Watermelon Margarita

Directions

Spread watermelon chunks evenly onto an 18x13" baking sheet. Freeze until completely frozen, at least 2 hours.
To a blender, add half of frozen watermelon and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Add the remaining frozen watermelon, tequila, triple sec and agave. Blend again. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons lime juice if mixture is too thick.
To a small shallow dish, add salt. Run the edge of lime quarters around the rims of 4 margarita glasses. One at a time, tip a glass on its side and roll the rim in salt to coat. Pour the margarita mix into each glass. Garnish with mint leaves and watermelon wedges.
