Pomegranate Power Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup Pomegranate juice
4 oz Light cherry vanilla yogurt
1 1/4 oz Vanilla instant breakfast drink powder
1/4 cup Skim milk
3 ice cubes
2 tsp. soy protein powder (optional)
Pomegranate Power Smoothie

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process on high for 1 minute, or until well combined. Pour into a large glass and drink with a straw.
