Steakhouse At My House Steak

Ingredients

8 oz Hannaford Inspirations Steak House Marinade
2 lb Hannaford Inspirations Angus Sirloin Steak
3 tablespoon Hannaford Inspirations Chicago Steakhouse marinade

Directions

1. Place room temperature steaks in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over them, turning steaks to coat evenly. Pat Chicago Steakhouse Rub onto both sides of each steak.
2. While steaks rest for 10 minutes, heat grill or broiler. Grill or broil steaks on high for 5 to 6 minutes until well marked. Turn steaks and continue cooking until desired doneness (4 to 6 minutes for medium, 6 to 8 minutes for medium-well). Let steaks rest on a platter covered with foil for 5 minutes before slicing.
