Turkey Burgers with Feta and Olives

Ingredients

1 lb Ground turkey, 99% fat free
1/4 cup Fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
2 tablespoon Low fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp. finely chopped pitted black or green olives (optional)
5 each Hamburger buns, split
Turkey Burgers with Feta and Olives

Directions

1. Preheat grill or broiler with shelf at least 4 inches from heat.
2. In a large bowl, use a mixing spoon to combine ground turkey, parsley, salt, pepper, yogurt, feta, and olives if using. Mix until thoroughly blended, making sure to poke olives inside burger mixture.
3. Divide mixture into 5 burgers. Grill or broil for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through (with no sign of pinkness). Place on buns.
