Peppered Strip Steaks with French Herb Cheese

Ingredients

Peppered Strip Steaks with French Herb Cheese
4 oz Cream Cheese, low fat
2 tablespoon Sour cream, lowfat
1 teaspoon Fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoon Chopped fresh oregano
1/2 teaspoon Cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh chives
1 dash salt
1 tablespoon Black pepper
32 oz Boneless beef top sirloin steak, 1 inch thick
Peppered Strip Steaks with French Herb Cheese

Directions

1. Prepare French Herb Cheese, place cream cheese, sour cream, basil, oregano, and garlic in food processor bowl. Cover and process until smooth. Transfer to small bowl. Stir in chives, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
2. Press black pepper evenly onto steaks. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash covered coals. Grill uncovered 10 to 12 minutes for medium rare doneness, turning occasionally.
3. Cut each steak into 2 portions. Top with 1 tbsp. french herb cheese.
