Spinach Vegetable Dip

Ingredients

Spinach Vegetable Dip
10 oz Frozen chopped spinach, no salt added
5 each Green onions, chopped, including green tops
4 oz Watercress, washed, big stems removed
1/4 cup Fresh parsley
8 oz Nonfat plain yogurt
1 each Fresh avocado, peeled
1 1/4 teaspoon Garlic seasoning
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
1/8 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
Spinach Vegetable Dip

Directions

1. Cook spinach and drain out juice.
2. Finely chop spinach, onions, watercress, and parsley in food processor.
3. Drain excess liquid again.
4. Place remaining ingredients except cabbage in processor and process until smooth.
5. In medium bowl, combine vegetable and yogurt mixture. Mix well until blended.
6. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
