It is made from a clean and tested Quebranta grape, or as our farmers like to call it the macho grape of Peru. Macchu Pisco is today’s sublime representation of the same Pisco that inspired such free-spirited adventurers like Ernest Hemingway and Rudyard Kipling and continues to be a temptation for Pisco lovers.
Macchu Pisco Sour Recipe: Mix 2 cups of Macchu Pisco with 1 cup of fresh lime juice, 1 cup of sugar and a shot of egg white. Add 10 ice cubes and blend. Serve 8 drinks and add a drop of Angostura bitter on top.
