Even the music matters; we play Mozart to bring harmony to our fermentation process, to soothe the yeast before the liquid is sent off to be double distilled for twice the time than the average tequila. Our Blanco is immediately bottled - it is agave in its purest form - while our aged tequilas are set to rest in small, new American oak barrels, from two months to two years or more. Spicy margarita: I 5 oz. Tequila cazadores reposado. 0.5 oz. Premium orange liqueur. 0.5 oz. Light agave nectar. 1 oz. Fresh lime juice 1 sim of jalapeno. Combine all ingredients and add ice. Shake and strain into a salted glass, and garnish with a lime wheel. Paloma: 1.5 oz. Tequila cazadores reposado. 4 oz. Premium grapefruit soda. Splash of time juice. Pour ingredients over ice into a tall, salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
