Details
This is the first wine we made when we began our vineyard and winery. Fermented on the whole fruit. A clean, crisp and refreshing wine that has a wonderful aroma and taste like a fresh picked raspberry. Excellent with dark chocolate and spicy foods. We like to reduce it in a pan with sauteed onions, mushrooms and garlic to use as a delicious topping for our steak.
Best served chilled.
