Shake well before use. Peanut Satay Skewers: 1 lb boneless chicken breast, 4-6 small 8 cm skewers. Method: 1) Cut up 1 lb of bite size pieces chicken, skewer them onto wooden or metal skewers. 2) Grill chicken until nearly done and brush on sauce until done. Save a bit of the sauce in the jar to use as a dipping sauce for the chicken skewers. Also delicious as a dipping sauce for fresh spring rolls. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks.
