Directions: 1. In a saucepan, mix 1 cup water with packet contents until completely dissolved. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until mixture comes to a boil. 3. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute, or until desired consistency is reached. Remove from heat and serve. Makes 4 servings. Also Try: Serve over mashed potatoes or any vegetarian entree. Make a great-tasting vegetarian side dish: Boil 1 cup water, add 1/2 cup quinoa, packet contents, diced carrot and onions. Return to a boil, reduce heat to medium, simmer 10-15 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes.
