Wild mushroom & roasted shallots ravioli in a lemon thyme pasta. Makers of gourmet fresh, pastas, sauces & ravioli since 1989.

Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen in 5 quarts of rapid boiling water for 10-12 minutes, or till desired tenderness is reached. For the first 2 minutes, stir to prevent ravioli from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Drain and serve. Toss with good olive oil or your favorite sauce. Chef Suggestion! Try this ravioli with our Wild Mushroom Sauce or Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce and fresh grated cheese. Keep frozen.
