Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. For Preparing Individual Servings: 1. Do not break steaks into pieces. 2. Place in a lightly greased frying pan and cook at medium-high heat (about 350 degrees) for about 45 seconds until golden brown. Flip with spatula and cook for another 15 seconds. Do not overcook! For Preparing More Than One Serving: 1. Break each frozen steak into about seven pieces. 2. Place pieces in a lightly greased frying pan and cook at medium-high heat (about 350°). While cooking, continue to turn and stir until all pieces are golden brown. Do not overcook! Keep frozen.
