Lightly oil the surface and cook frozen patties for about 8 to 9 minutes per side. Grill: Preheat gas grill to medium heat and lightly brush with oil. Place frozen patties on grill and cover, cooking for about 9 to 10 minutes per side for even charring, recommend flipping the patties every 2 minutes. Do not overcook. Edge and interior of the patty may still be red or pink fully cooked. Adjust time depending on equipment and cook conditions. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Not recommended microwaving, boiling, deep frying, or air frying. Perishable: Keep frozen.
