Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Warming Ham: This ham is fully cooked and ready to eat. To serve warm, remove all packaging from ham, including clear button on cut face and brown pad. Place ham cut side down in a deep baking pan. Add package drippings and 1/2 cup water in the pan, then cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and bake for 15-20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 130 degrees F. Remove ham from oven and let stand, covered, for 10 minutes before carving. Carving Shank Portion: 1. Cut along bone to remove large boneless pieces. 2. Slice pieces across the grain to desired thickness. Carving portion. T. Place pre-cut side down. 2. Carve down to remove large boneless pieces. 3. Slice pieces across the grain to desired thickness. Keep refrigerated. Use/Frz by date on pkg. Use within 5 days of opening.
