Directions

Directions: adults and children 14 years of age and older: drop one (1) tablet in 4-6 oz of water, let dissolve and drink. Recommended limit: 2 tablets daily. Children 12-13 years old: no more than 1 tablet daily. Store in a cool, dry place.
