Besides the typical use of drizzling decoratively over a finished plate, use Alessi balsamic reduction on cheese plates, in salads and marinades, over roasted meats and vegetables and even over fresh fruit. Alessi white balsamic reduction is especially delicious over potato chips, French fries, omelets, and vanilla ice cream topped with ribbon sliced basil. Contains naturally occurring sulfites. A deposit found in the bottle is a natural occurrence of the product and does not deter the quality. No additives or fillers. Food safe.
