Batson River Brewing & Distilling is Maine in a bottle. Langsford Road is one of Kennebunkport's oldest roads and has been home to Intrepid mariners since 1620. These bold seafarers would test their courage on the unforgiving Maine seas year-round, a tradition that continues to this day. Our Langsford Road Bourbon is made in the same defiant, independent spirit of the first settlers of Langsford Road. A straight bourbon aged over two years. In oak barrels, our bourbon is a tribute to the time honored tradition of well crafted American Spirit. We blended select batches of wheated and rye bourbons to capture the full-bodied smooth finish of wheated bourbon with just the right amount of robust rye spice. The end result is a bourbon with rich caramel and vanilla notes with a smooth cinnamon finish perfectly balanced for cocktails or enjoyed on its own. Our Langsford Road Bourbon is made exclusively with Tourmaline Spring Water from Summit Spring, which remains one of the last free-flowing gravity fed untreated springs on earth. Extraordinary natural purity. Aged not less than 2 years.
